As we move into another lockdown we have a series of resource below to help you at home during these challenging times:

CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) resources website - a website full of resources, apps, videos and advice to help with mental health and wellbeing.
Keepsafe.org have created a webpage of information for people with learning difficulties which you may find helpful
Childline Calmzone is an online resource page from Childline UK with lots of advice on keeping everyone calm and also lots of resources to help.
ELSA Support Uk have set up lots of free resources to help children stay calm during this time.
