At The Castle School we support children and young people with a range of complex learning needs from the ages of 3 to 19, offering a range of provision for different ages, stages and needs. Behaviour and Pastoral Lead

Have you got the energy, vision and passion for SEN and a good sense of fun to join our team?

We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team as a Behaviour and Pastoral Lead. This is an exciting new role that is key to the school's development. You will take the lead role in managing pastoral support to students and their families as well as work alongside the SLT to lead on behaviour across the school.

Support Assistant

Have you got the energy, vision and passion for SEN and a good sense of fun to join our team?

The Castle school meets the individual needs of 199 students between 4 and 19 years, whom have special educational needs. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and flexible people with a positive and proactive approach to grow our team. You will be working with students 1 to 1 and in small groups to enable their access to learning. The Castle @ Theale is a brand-new provision for students aged 11-19 with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) needs, run by The Castle School. When we are recruiting, jobs will be listed below:

 

Teaching Assistant

We are growing our team and seeking Teaching Assistants to help create exceptional learning environments and help to support the delivery of an exciting curriculum in a truly therapeutic setting.
