Castle @ Theale is a specialist provision for students aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are a therapeutic setting that prioritises relational practice, delivering a highly personalised curriculum and tailored support to meet the individual needs of our young people.

We aim to empower learners by developing emotional insight, resilience and self-regulation, enabling them to engage meaningfully in their learning and personal development. Through this approach, we support students in building the skills, confidence, and agency needed to access opportunities and make positive choices, both now and in the future. We are always looking for skilled bank staff support assistants

 

Bank Classroom Support Assistant

You will be working with students across the school age range who have special educational needs. Working closely with the class teacher, you will support the needs of pupils as individuals or in small groups. Each day will bring something new. From classroom learning to outdoor adventures, you'll help pupils discover what they're capable of in a supportive, nurturing environment. You will work across the whole school and in a variety of classrooms, so you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
