How can businesses support our work

Inclusive education and social integration is a cornerstone of our culture here at The Castle.

Improving our culture, and the facilities that support it, in order to meet the ever-changing needs of the the 21st century is always a financial challenge.

Business partnerships are a vital part of our support network, we need businesses to help us with:-

  • Work experience opportunities for our forthcoming school-leavers
        Sainsburys, WH Smith, Tescos, have all been very active for the 2008/9 programme
  • Interact with our SEN pupils by way of work experience here at The Castle
        Downe House students regularly attend our school to provide them with a wide-range   
        of experiences.

  • Volunteer projects to assist the school with maintaining and improving the school's environment 

         Pepsico,Vodafone, Local Church groups to name but a few have all helped in the past

  • Developing our pupils' experiences so they become "ready for life"

        Opportunity for our pupils to explore travel, educational visits and social interaction
